Welcome to the website for Visit Brownsburg. We exist to support the Vision of the Town Government as our local area in the great State of Indiana goes through a transformation during its 175th year celebration. The Town of Brownsburg was once a small, charming community of residents with the following national rankings:

We simply must recognize the elected Town Council Members, appointed Committee Members and hired Town Staff for having the courage to convert this popular identity into their new Vision of becoming the leading powerhouse of industrial logistics warehouses to meet their 3% tax base goal. Please visit our GRATITUDE JOURNAL so that we can make sure that they get all the credit they deserve. While some of the THINGS TO DO and TOP SPONSORS may be as speculative as all of these empty warehouses, we do expect that they will be replaced quickly with new opportunities that also support the Town's Vision. What a time to be alive in Brownsburg, Indiana!

Hiking with Warehouses

Virgil Park is Brownsburg's newest pocket park immediately adjacent to industrial zoning. Amenities include parking, natural grasslands and unobstructed views of the latest and greatest logistics center. It is a vision for sure, so don't forget to take photos!

Biking with Warehouses

Need an adrenaline rush? The local B&O Trail connects to the bike trails along semitruck routes on Ronald Reagan Parkway. Maybe we can even do a full Warehouse Triathlon if they build the theoretical aquatic center right next to a warehouse!

Warehouses Market

Who knew that paradise could be in a parking lot? Come visit us for our Warehouses Market to see what random things have fallen off trucks that week. Maybe a car part? Some cleaning supplies? A radioactive pharmaceutical drug? A boat engine? Who knows what treasures await you!?!

Tequila & Canvas

Wine & Canvas is for amateurs. Learn how to paint a Brownsburg warehouse while taking tequila shots. It does not take a great deal of sobriety to design these structures. All paintings will be submitted to the Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission for approval. (Spoiler alert: They WILL be approved.)

Storage Unit Tours

Hop on a double-decker tour bus and witness all that Brownsburg has to offer in the storage game. There are just so, so, so, so, so, so, so many options out there! Brownsburgians sure have a lot of stuff. We may even run into Town Council Members and be able to get selfies and autographs! Estimated tour time: 7.5 hours.

Brownsburg Scavenger Hunts

Choose your level and have a blast! Start with EASY options like "Warehouses, Starbucks, Dollar Stores" and then work your way up to NEAR IMPOSSIBLE with "Right Turn Lanes, Grocery Stores that Don't Unethically Block Competition, Clean Tap Water." Good luck to us all!

Technological Advancements in Residential Living

Brownsburg needs to file a patent on their new and improved residential zoning policies! We all have faith that the many changes to the Town's Comprehensive Plan and Unified Development Guidelines will raise property values across the jurisdiction. This is why we want to promote these exciting, new residential opportunities that fuse the technology of heavy industrial with the timeless comfort of single-family homes. You will be in awe of how many options currently exist in Brownsburg with even more on the way soon!
